Reports are not downloading

Depending on your setup, your company IT policies, there could be a few reasons why your reports are not downloading.

Here a few things that you can try:

Pop up blockers

These great tools can sometimes cause some unintended issues. If a report is not downloading, check to see if it might have been blocked by a pop up blocker. 

Corporate Site Permissions

Depending on the size of your organization, IT department may be unintentionally blocking the reports. Similar to pop up blockers, they have procedures in place to protect the network. This may be preventing the reports from downloading.
